There will be a Public Hearing November 20, 2013, at 7:00 PM on a Liquor License Renewal for Kevin & Sundae Fallen, The Roost Inc., and D/B/A Personal Touch Catering
Town Office will be closed Monday, November 11, 2013, for Veterans Day.
The Transfer Station will be closed Tuesday, November 12, 2013 for their holiday.
There will be no change in curbside trash pickup schedule.
Rabies Vaccination Clinic Saturday, December 7, 2013, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Buxton Public Works Garage. Cost is $8.00 per vaccination – CASH ONLY. All dogs must be brought in on a leash and all cats must be in carriers. For faster service please bring the previous rabies vaccination certificate. Anyone from any community is welcome to attend. For more information call the Buxton Town Hall at 929-6171. The clinic is sponsored by the Hollis Animal Clinic, the Towns of Buxton & Hollis and the Vacationland Dog Club.
Toy Box applications, guidelines and dates will be available for pick up at the Town Hall on Friday, November 8th. We will start taking applications Thursday, Nov. 21 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. Additional dates and times will be listed in the guidelines. Applications will close Friday, December 6 at noon. Just a reminder -- The Buxton Toy Box Program is available for Buxton residents only.
